Yes, however, the rear most row of seats will need to be removed. Please contact us before ordering to discuss what’s required.

The unit weighs 150kg.

Depending on your van’s specification, this leaves a remaining payload capacity of up to 1.2 Tonnes after installation.

Yes, we offer 3 different delivery services. You’re welcome to come over to our workshop in St Neots, Cambridgeshire for a free collection and installation. Installations take around 30 minutes. Alternatively, during checkout, you can request a delivery and installation, or a delivery with a DIY installation, which is the cheaper option of the two.

Business users have always been at the forefront of what we do and how we design our products. Our units are engineered to withstand everything work and daily use throws at it, with camping and leisure applications serving as bonus functionality.

In fact, most of our customers are using the Explorer kit as a form of haulage and racking system, purchasing the units through a business.

A VAT invoice will be included with all orders. Please talk to your accountant if you have any further queries.

Yes, we would love to give you a user demonstration. Come and visit our workshop and fitting centre in St Neots, Cambridgeshire for a tour.

If that’s too far away, then we’re often driving around the country, so we might be able to schedule a visit to you if we’re in your area. In any case, please contact us beforehand to arrange a meeting.

Yes, the unit is designed to be removable and even transferrable between vans. Head over to our Resources Section to discover useful tips and how-to guides.

If you thinking about removal, please read through the Warranty Terms and Conditions first, which can be found in our resources section.

Yes, the Explorer has been designed to fit with the standard Kombi seats, whether that’s the 2+1 seats or a 3 birth bench seat. Our bed is self-supporting, therefore the kit will work with or without any seats at all.

Note: If installing into a shuttle, the third row of seats will need removing in advance.

The drawers runners are extremely heavy duty, rated to 250kg per pair.

Note: The weight of the drawer needs to be deducted from this value, therefore loading up to about 200kg is advised.

The bed runners are extremely heavy duty, rated to 250kg per pair.

Note: The weight of the bed frame needs to be deducted from this value, so the true weight limit is closer to 230kg.

The height from the floor to the top of the bed is 61cm.

Yes, we powder-coated our metalwork with an industry leading ‘Fine Texture’ paint, providing excellent wear, corrosion and weather resistance.

We also use Phenolic Birch Plywood for our panelling. This ply is sandwiched between two layers of resin, providing excellent resistive qualities in line with the powder-coating.

We want our units to last and look good for as long as possible. That’s why we’ve opted for stainless steel components and stainless steel fixings wherever possible.

The Explorer kit comes in a standard black and anthracite colourway, although you do have the option to choose your own custom RAL colour for an additional fee.

The frame will still be supplied in black, but feel free to colour the drawers and bed frame in any colour you want.

Other customisations may be possible, but reviewed on an order-by-order basis. Do get in touch if you have any questions or ideas.

No, unfortunately we don’t have the time nor resources.

Yes, there’s plenty of space for dog crates. The upper payload bay measures 118cm wide, 118cm long and 76cm to the ceiling. There are 4no D-ring lashing points to connect to.

In addition to this, if you haven’t got a second row of seats, then there is also space to transport large dog crates at ground level. All vans are equipped with floor mounted lashing points, but you may need to expose these if your floor is covering them up.
